2016: ProjectsPC CORNERInternet Cafe ResidencyN16
During a self appointed residency at an the PC Corner Internet Cafe in Stoke Newington, I used photogrammetry to create a 3D model of the room and the computer repair basement downstairs. I began to think of the cafe as a public site for desktop publishing, and used material from the stream of people coming through the door to use the shared computers and to print out their documents, and the computer resources to access to online digital printing platforms and open source software with which I’ve used to try to capture the integration of the digital and physical world.
